Description
Heads 6.1 km (3.8 mi) NW of the community of La Ward, flows S for 19 miles into Huisache Cove on the N side of Cox Bay, 5 km (3.1 mi) NE of Point Comfort and 1.3 km (.8 mi) NE of Cox Point.
History
Named for Thomas Cox, original patentee of a large parcel of land near the mouth of the stream.
