Description
Located 4.8 km (3 mi) southeast of Hill City.
History
Named either for the Golden Summit Mine located at the base of the summit or, named descriptively for the sharply pointed peak of the summit, which stands in contrast to the surrounding summits which are smoother. (SD-T17/p397)
