Located in southeastern South Dakota, 105 km (65 mi) west of the City of Sioux Falls; County Seat: Mitchell.
History
Created in 1873 and organized in 1874; named for businessman and politician Henry C Davison, one of the original homesteaders who settled in what is now the Riverside community. (SD-T17/p24)
