Description
Located along State Highway 57 (River Road) between Pamplico and Johnsonville, from the intersection with State Road 86 SE to Bullock Branch, 1.6 km (1 mi) SW of the Pee Dee River.
History
Named for the Fleming family, the first free blacks to own land in the area.
