Description
Extends S from the Coosaw River, 3.2 km (2 mi) E of Beaufort, bounded by the Beaufort River and Brickyard Creek on the W, and Chowan Creek, Morgan River, and Lucy Point Creek on the E.
History
Named because of land grant to Lady Elizabeth Blake, wife of Governor Blake. Name changed from Combee Island in 1910.
