Description
Located partly within the city of Newport, about 1.4 miles east-northeast of the Newport City courthouse. It was formerly the northern portion of Easton Pond from which it is now artificially separated. The Board on Geographic Names (BGN) Decision listed this feature as a lake. This has been changed to a reservoir and the coordinates are now located at the dam - 960326.
