Description
Heads in Conewago Township, 0.8 km (0.5 mi) north-northwest of Deodate, flows southeast then south to enter Conewago Creek, 1.9 km (1.2 mi) northeast of Aberdeen.

Named for Walter R Gallagher (1905-1985), a longtime area resident.
