Description
Heads in Lower Paxton Township, flows west into Susquehanna Township south of the site of the former Harrisburg State Hospital and into Paxton Creek.
History
In January 2008, the Board on Geographic Names (BGN) rejected a proposal to change the name of this stream to Recovery Run.
