Description
Heads in Cambridge Township, flows northwest through the Borough of Cambridge Springs, past Cambridge Springs High School, to enter French Creek 0.3 km (0.2 mi) east of the mouth of Conneauttee Creek.

The name is derived from the nickname given to the community of Cambridge Springs.
