Heads just NE of the intersection of Grubb Mill Road and White Horse Road, flows SSW to join Crum Creek 0.8 km (0.5 mi) NE of the community of Whitehorse.
History
The name reportedly was derived from that of James Farm, a 19th century farm once located nearby.
