Heads just W of Willistown, flows E along the N side of State Route 3 to join Ridley Creek near Garrett Mill Road.
History
Named for Hillside Acres, a farm located along this stream and named in the 1950s by owner Harry F Taylor who described the terrain as "hillier than I imagined." (US-T131/1962/Chester Co Place Names, p123)
