Punches Run is in the Angelica Creek-Schuylkill River Sub-watershed Unit nested within the Delaware River Basin. Approximately 2 km in length, Punches Run is a spring-fed, first order stream that empties into Angelica Creek all within the boundary of Nolde Forest
History
A small tributary called Punches Run (which became the family name for the forest) flowed out of the hills and into the Angelica Creek just west of New Holland Road. Its source consisted of a series of seemingly bottomless springs producing a constant flow of water.”
