Description
Heads 1.9 km (1.2 mi) east of Huffs Church in Hereford Township, flows southeast, then northeast, then east-southeast to enter Perkiomen Creek, 1.7 km (1.1 mi) west of Palm.

The name "Pachwechen" is Lenape for "meadow".
