Description
Heads 1.9 km (1.2 mi) S of Akers Butte, trends generally S and SSE to join Dry Creek, 5.6 km (3.5 mi) NNW of the community of Wallowa.

Named for James T Reagan, who homesteaded in the area in the late 1800s.
