Description
Heads 1.3 km (0.8 mi) SE of Emigrant Springs State Park, flows NNE through the Blue Mountains and the Umatilla Indian Reservation, to enter the Umatilla River near the mouth of Saddle Hollow.
History
“Isqúulktpe” is of Nez Perce origin and reportedly translates to “at the beheading/throat-cutting".
