Description
Heads within the City of Troutdale, flows northeast to enter Beaver Creek, 0.3 km (0.2 mi) west southwest of Broughton Bluff and 0.48 km (0.3 mi) upstream of its junction with the Sandy River.
History
Named for Captain John Harlow (1820-1883), one of the first settlers of Troutdale, and who was influential in the establishment of the community.
