Description
Heads 0.8 km (0.5 mi) west of Aurora State Airport, flows south-southwest to enter Deer Creek, 2.7 km (1.7 mi) northwest of the community of Aurora.

Named for John F Kraus (1917-1992), a descendant of an Oregon pioneer family.
