Description
Flows S through Flournoy Valley to join Rock Creek to form Morgan Creek 7.7 km (4.8 mi) NE of Reston and 9.6 km (5.9 mi) N of the community of Tenmile.
History
Named for H. B. Flournoy, who settled in the area in 1850.
