Heads 0.4 mi. ENE of Silver Butte, flows generally NE into the Elk River.
History
The name commemorates Glen Lee “Coot” Wagner (1938-2016), a descendant of the settlers of the town of Powers. Coot worked as a logger, cattle truck driver, and hay hauler.
