Though not a true box canyon, (open at both ends N/S), located NW of Bonnyview Ranch, 1.0 mi N of the Crooked River and 1.4 mi E of Wickiup Creek
History
John Beoletto and Red Hurt moved cattle to summer ranch through this canyon and named it Box Canyon.
