Description
Located in northwestern Ohio, 23 km (18 mi) south of Toledo; County Seat: Bowling Green.
History
Established on 12 February 1820, named for Colonel Wood who served in the War of 1812 and who helped in the construction of Fort Meigs. (OH-T801/p279)
