Description
Located in south central Ohio, 65 km (40 mi) south of Columbus; County Seat: Chillicothe.
History
Established on 20 August 1798, named for James A Ross of Pennsylvania, a Federalist and associate of Governor Arthur St Clair. (OH-T801/p278)
