Located on an unnamed stream just outside Mohican State Park in Mohican State Forest.
History
Named for Thomas Lyons, one of the first Europeans to visit the area sometime around the beginning of the nineteenth century. Originally entered as Lyons Falls from the Raup Ohio files.
