Description
Heads 2.7 km (1.7 mi) southwest of West Greenville in the Town of Greenville, flows south to enter an unnamed tributary of Catskill Creek, 1 km (0.6 mi) northwest of Freehold.
History
Named for John Burroughs (1837-1923), "literary naturalist" of the Catskill Mountains.
