Description
Located in Adirondack State Park, 2.7 km (1.7 mi) ENE of Avalanche Mountain, 3.2 km (2 mi) SE of the MacIntyre Mountains and 13 km (8 mi) SW of the community of Keene Valley.
History
Named for President Theodore Roosevelt (1858-1919),the 26th President of the United States from 1901-1909, a frequent visitor to the Adirondack Mountains and an avid supporter of enviromental consevation.
