Keneʼewa is located located 5.9 mi. SE of the S end of Mesa Prieta, 22 mi. W of Bernalillo; Secs 28&33, T13N, R1W, New Mexico Principal Meridian
History
The name translates to “up on top” in the Keres language and refers to the ruins of the Pueblo “sky village” built on the summit.
