Description
Heads 0.6 km (0.4 mi) northwest of the north end of Lake Neepaulin, flows southeast to enter Papakating Creek 4 km (2.5 mi) upstream of its junction with the Wallkill River.

The name is a contraction of "Neepaulin" and "Papakating", the names of two nearby features.
