Description
Heads on the E slope of Peavine Peak, 3 km (1.9 mi) S of Black Springs, trends SE 1.8 km (1.1 mi) then S 2.7 km (1.7 mi).
History
Named for P N Norton, a Reno businessman and prospector who built and maintained a toll road from Reno to Poeville in the 1870s.
