Description
Heads 4 km (2.5 mi) west-southwest of Hahn Creek Pass, 1.8 km (1.1 mi) south-southwest of the head of Delaware Creek, then flows southeast, then south, then southwest to enter the Blackfoot River, 0.3 km (0.2 mi) upstream of Scotty Brown Bridge, 7.8 km (4.9 mi) W of Orlando.
History
A proposal to change the name Monture Creek to Seamans Creek was submitted in July 2000. In April 2001, the proposed change was rejected by the U.S. Board on Geographic Names (USBGN).
