Description
Heads in Wyoming in Yellowstone National Park on the N slope of Sepulcher Mountain, flows N to the Yellowstone River in Montana, 7.5 km (4.7 mi) SE of the community of Corwin Springs.
History
Named for Clarence M. Stephens, acting superintendent of Yellowstone National Park in 1882.
