Description
Located on the boundary of the Lolo National Forest and the Flathead Indian Reservation, along Reservation Divide, 8 km (5 mi) southeast of Blackrock Peak.
History
Ch-paa-qn is a Salish word meaning "shining peak". A hacek (an inverted circumflex diacritical mark, or "v" shaped symbol) should be placed over the "C" in the name Cpaaqn in the variant field.
