Description
2.1 km (1.3 mi) WSW of Saltese, 1.4 km ( 0.9 mi) S of St. Regis River and Interstate 90, and 2.3 km (1.4 mi) W of the confluence of Silver Creek and Packer Creek, 1.1 km (0.7 mi) ENE of the peak of Saltese Mountain.
History
Named for Charles "Pete" Blackburn (1919-1991), a lifelong resident of Saltese, who hunted, hiked, mined and worked for the Forest Service in the area.
