Description
Located within the Big Hole Divide, at the head of Harrison Canyon, 0.6 km (0.4 mi) southwest of Harrison Lake, 1 km (0.6 mi) north of Tash Peak.
History
Named for the Harrison family which homesteaded nearby in the late 19th century. Marshal C Harrison received a land patent in Grasshopper Valley in 1896; descendents of his family continue to manage livestock in the area (2001).
