Description
A tributary of Little Dry Fork in Dillon Township.
History
Originally named Love Creek, presumably for the family that operated a mill in the area after the Civil War. The stream was renamed in 1985 for Dutro Carter, long term Rolla City Council member, who contributed to flood and drainage control projects along the stream.
