Located in NW Missouri along the Missouri River.
History
Formerly part of an Indian reservation, Andrew County was one of six counties within the "Platte Purchase" of 1836. Later the county was settled by attorney Joseph Walker, and organized on 29 January 1841. (MO-T109/p39)
