Description
Heads in Cormant Township 4 km (2.5 mi) E of the community of Quiring, 48 km (30 mi) NNE of Bemidgi, flows NW into the Blackduck River, 4.8 km (3 mi) SSE of the community of Battle River at the E end of Lower Red Lake.
History
Named for John Arntson (1862-1953), an early settler and farmer in the area.
