Description
Located in Berkshire Hills, 15 mi SW of Greenfield; Hampshire County (US-T121).
History
Settled in 1735, incorporated as a town in 1771. Named in honor of the Williams family of Hatfield, who assisted in getting the town incorporated (MA-T1/p51).
