History
Named for the Reverend Samuel Tompson, first minister of the Second or West Parish of the Town of Gloucester. Thompson Mountain is in Mount Ann Park and is somewhat (sic) known as Mount Ann (MGB 1932). Mount Ann is the highest peak on Thompson Mountain (US-T121).
