One of The Salvages off the E coast of Cape Ann in the Atlantic Ocean 2.2 mi ENE of Rockport; Town of Rockport.
History
So named because the northernmost rock is always dry (U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) C.P., 1870).
