Description
Barneys Joy Point is located southern extremity of Slocums Neck on the W side of the mouth of the Slocums River 4 mi SW of Shore Acres; Town of Dartmouth.
History
In a shipwreck all were lost except one Barney, who was so joyful that he called the place Barney's Joy. (US-T121)
