Description
On western part of Upper Cape Cod, bounds Great Harbor on the N and W sides W of Woods Hole; Town of Falmouth.
History
The original name, shown on an 1844 map, was Long Neck but after the peninsula was developed as a summer resort the name, Penzance, was given (MGB 1932).
