66 miles long. Heads is Delaware just S of Pusey Crossroads flows south-southwest into Maryland to Pocomoke Sound in Chesapeake Bay 13 km (8 mi) southwest of Pocomoke City; the last three miles of this stream form the Maryland-Virginia state boundary. (US-T121)
