Description
Located at the southeast end of Eastern Neck, 2.4 km (1.5 mi) northwest of Piney Point and 27 km (17 mi) southeast of downtown Baltimore.
History
Named for the Ringgold family who were considered Maryland landed-gentry in the early 1700s.
