Description
Heads at Cranberry Swamp between Big Savage Mountain and Little Savage Mountain, 5.8 km (3.6 mi) west of Mount Savage, flows south-southwest to North Branch Potomac River at Bloomington on the Maryland-West Virginia state boundary. (US-T121)
