Bound by Savage Mountain on the W and Knobly Mountain in West Virginia on the E, 4.3 km (2.7 mi) NE of Wolf Rock. (US-T121)
History
Named for Daniel Cresap, one of the sons of Colonel Thomas Cresap, for whose negro servant Negro Mountain was named. Daniel met his death on the mountainside during an Indian conflict.
