Description
Located in eastern Kentucky, 96 km (60 mi) east of Lexington; County Seat: West Liberty.
History
Established in 1822, named for General Daniel Morgan (1736-1802), an officer in the Revolutionary War and later a US Congressman from 1797 to 1799. (KY-T1/p202)
