Description
Located along Parrott Creek in the Bighorn Crags range, 0.64 km (0.4 mi) west-southwest of Pollywog Lake, and 1.5 km (0.9 mi) northwest of Mount McGuire; in Salmon National Forest.
History
Named for Earl K Parrott (1869-1945) and Iowa native who came to Idaho about 1900. Because of his reclusive nature he became known as "The Hermit of Impassable Canyon".
