Description
Heads at the SE end of Twin Peaks, flows SE to Rockford Bay in Coeur d'Alene lake 20.9 km (13 mi) SW of Coeur d'Alene.
History
Reportedly named because of a conflict here in the 19th century between the U.S.Army and Indians over horse pasture land.
