Description
Goswick Creek is located approx. 0.8 mi. long; in the City of Alpharetta, heads 2.8 miles S of Lake Providence, flows E then ENE into an unnamed tributary of Big Creek
History
The name commemorates John Goswick (1839-1922), a member of the community, who served in Company I, 38th Regiment Georgia Infantry during the Civil War, and was clerk in the Milton County Superior Court.
