Description
Heads 0.48 km (0.3 mi) S of Temple Terrace Junction, flows SSW to the head of the Palm River in Tampa at the junction of an unnamed stream. The mouth was formerly located at 275659N0822307W, however, this section was obliterated by dredging.
History
So named because the stream was 6 mi. from the original settlement of Tampa.
